LAS VEGAS, NV -- MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH 2011 -- The Untouchable DJ Drastic is scheduled to join other members of the BumSquad DJz Worldwide -- the music industry’s premier conglomerate consisting of DJs, entertainers, film and music industry professionals, recording artists, tastemakers, and more -- on Monday, September 26th, 2011 in hosting the annual BumSquad DJz Worldwide Family Reunion at the Monte Carlo resort and casino. The conference will run through Wednesday, September 28th, 2011 and shall unofficially extend throughout the week.
The BumSquad DJz Worldwide will host exclusive showcases and industry panels for registered professionals. In collaboration with the International Disc Jockey Trade Association comes a special award ceremony catering to DJs and industry professionals. NEW YORK (July 11, 2011) - The controversial new film, "Monkey Gang: The Mockumentary (Director's Cut)" will screen in Baltimore, Maryland on Thursday (July 21, 2011). "Monkey Gang: The Mockumentary (Director's Cut)" is an unprecedented grassroots effort that will showcase on numerous screens across the nation in the forthcoming months.
The screening - on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 6:30PM - will take part in the main theater room of The Charles Theater (1711 North Charles Street Baltimore, MD 21201). Immediately following, there will be an exclusive after-party at a location (TBA) to discuss the film and network which will feature renowned talent such as, "The Untouchable DJ Drastic" who is also a cast member in the film; providing live entertainment.
"Monkey Gang: The Mockumentary (Director's Cut)" is the newest film from actor, director, and producer, Montaigne "Mr. M." Massac. It is the first film from his newest venture, Chicken & Beef, INC. The film's co-writer, Casey Gane-McCalla also plays a lead role.
This film takes the viewer on a hilarious adventure through the world of urban entertainment from a comedic standpoint. It is a parody of Hip Hop and Rap music genre culture. It is similar to movies such as CB4 or Spinal Tap for fans of such parodies.

On April 19, 2010, Hip Hop lost one of its greatest talents in Keith Elam A.K.A. Guru.
The Untouchable DJ Drastic released the following statement regarding the passing of Keith "Guru" Elam
"Growing up, I doubt there is any Hip Hop enthusiast, fan, and/or professional that does not respect this man and/or his contributions to our culture. Guru was a man worthy of the culture as the culture was worthy of the man.
It is unfortunate that I even have to comment on this as Guru has always been open to relationships & throughout his final days, was a stand-up individual. I am deeply saddened by Keith’s passing & want to remind everyone that Guru shall live on through all of us (The DJs) via his music.
In regards to his final letter, etc. I find it unfortunate that so much more negativity has developed from an already incredibly negative situation. For the most part, I observe individuals supporting Gang Starr. Guru was more than Gang Starr even though he was Gang Starr from day one. Despite the classic catalog of music that was released by the group over the years, Guru was a man and an eclectic artist within his own right.
We’re in a business where relationships come & go as fast as day & night. On one side of the fence, a legacy can be structured & on the other side of the fence, neglected to where the same legacy can desist indefinitely. For undisclosed reasons, Guru was passionate about the indefinite split between him & DJ Premier. Guru once said that there will never be another Gang Starr album. Guru felt that chapter of his legacy was closed, at least for a moment in time.
In my eyes, no artist can compare to Guru in his own right. I cannot say that there is any era of Guru’s career that I cannot absorb, enjoy, and/or support eternally. My most sincere condolences are with all of those who loved Guru in addition to his contributions to his art-form and culture, Hip Hop.
I thank you for all that you’ve done for me personally. You are truly an icon and legend in your own right. You will be missed & soar, “Above The Clouds.” Keith “Guru” Elam, R.I.P. 1962 - 2010"

"The Elam family wishes to thank the fans of our son, brother, father, uncle, nephew, & cousin Keith A.K.A. Guru for the outpouring of love, concern, & support.
Our hearts are broken by the loss of someone we loved so much. Guru was devoted to his young son, who will most keenly feel his absence.
Guru suffered from multiple myeloma for over a year. Accrued complications from this illness led to respiratory failure & cardiac arrest. As a result, Guru was in a coma from mid-February until his death & never regained consciousness. Early on the morning of April 19th, he became hypertensive due to low blood pressure. He again went into cardiac arrest & slipped away from us.
Guru died far too young but he was, and we are, proud of all his many legendary musical contributions.
The family is not aware of any foundations established by Guru We know & understand that countless fans want to express their condolences & love &, to that end, we are planning a memorial event in the near future that will be all-inclusive. Please look for further details from the family as they become available."

Michael Jackson's public memorial service will take place on Tuesday July 7th, 2009 at 10:00AM (PST). It will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. It will also be simulcast inside of the Nokia Theatre. A limited number of free tickets to both venues will be made available for Michael Jackson's fans to attend the public memorial service.
Due to the expected overwhelming demand, the following procedures have been set to accommodate registration for tickets.
The opportunity to register for tickets begins at 10:00AM (PST) on Friday July 3rd, 2009 & ends at 6:00PM (PST) on Saturday July 4th, 2009.
Only one entry per individual will be accepted. Registering to attend the public memorial service does not guarantee you tickets. Two tickets will be issued to each randomly selected attendee.

The world mourns Michael Jackson. His demise signifies the end of an era. Michael Jackson died on June 25th, 2009 in Los Angeles, California after going into cardiac arrest while at his home. It is highly unlikely that we will see another individual like Michael Jackson in this lifetime.
Following the tragic report, The Untouchable DJ Drastic took to the studio to record a special one hour tribute mix show in memory of "The King of Pop," Michael Jackson.
This mix show is currently broadcasting via numerous commercial outlets and was recorded live on one take in-studio.

The entire world mourns the world's greatest pop entertainer. I find that many appreciate Michael more deceased than when he was alive.
